Bees

Morning, Margreet here.
I totally forgot to show my card here.
On my blog you can see this card with a cute digi by Bugaboo.
At Crafty Ribbons I saw this cute ribbon which calls Gnome ribbon - bees. You can find it here.
I think it is so cute that I could not resist it.
Wishing you a great day!

Unicorn Face Card using Animal Cuties - Unicorns Face Pink Ribbon

Good Morning Everyone!
Today I am sharing a fun Unicorn Face Design Team card I made using the Animal Cuties - Unicorn Face Ribbon in Pink by Crafty Ribbons! This ribbon is super cute and right on trend, my little girl loves unicorns!

My original post can be found here

For this card I used the die set - Build A Unicorn by Trimcraft and some paper scraps from my stash.

A simple card but very stylish.

Thanks for looking,

Silk ribbon kits

Morning ribbon fans.

Ali here today, full of a summer cold.
Sorry not felt like crafting for a while, so thought I would show you
my silk ribbon kits I designed for the Spring shows.

The design is printed onto the fabric, so you just embroider over the top.
Very simple.

You can find the kits here.
Have fun playing with ribbon.

Smile !!

Morning all !!

Did you know you can add fuseable wonder web on the back of your ribbons and then cut out any images without fraying your ribbon ??

Well thats what I have done on my fun dog card and the Animal Cuties "Love Dogs" ribbon cutting out three of the cute little dogs and a small piece of the ribbon on lefthand side.

Why not hop over to the website and check out all the other Cuties ribbons !!

wash ribbon matching the colours perfectly!

Anchor | Altered Art Project

Sarah here today with an altered art anchor.

I love nautical themed crafts and there are some amazing ribbons over in the shop which are perfect for sun sea and sand projects.

To give my anchor a base for lots of embellishments and paint I gave it a couple of base coats of gesso.
I added nautical themed embellishments, stones and netting followed by some lovely pearly paints.

As it was quite pale and shimmery I added some darker inks to add depth and highlight the embellishments.

I created a paper cluster on a shutter and created a visual triangle around it using flowers and gems.

I added a cute bow and tail to the anchor in thin striped ribbon and draped white eyelash ribbon all around the project.

For more details you can check out my process video here.

Thanks for joining me and have a Happy Crafty Day :)
