Sharing some love

Hey, hey! Cebelica here today. :) Can you believe that january is almost over already? I don't know about you, but for me this month just flew by. Have you started working on your Valentine's day projects yet? I just made (decorated) a white paper bag in which I will later put a yummy chocolate and then give this as a Valentine's gift to my sweetie. :) Ali and Tony have some gorgeous ribbons for Valentine's day in their store and I used one of them on my project.

I used the Single heart Valentine ribbon. Isn't it pretty? I think it really adds that nice finishing touch to the front of the bag. And that's just one of the Valentine's ribbons they have in their store. While you are there be sure to check out the others as well. :) And if you want to see another picture of my bag or want some more info about it please visit my blog.

Have a wonderful day!
Hugs! xx

A raffia coffin

I made a raffia coffin for my rag doll!

I used 2 rolls of dull gold raffia ribbon to make it. I hooked it in n°6. I could put a ribbon more but I like it like this! It is more rustic...

Have a nice day!

A rag doll

Few months ago, a little girl met in a street asked me to sew her a rag time doll. She drawed her for me and I sew exactly what she wanted. A turquoise satin ribbon in her hair,

a purple dungaree with a red heart, a black pocket and a mended fabric piece.

I used turquoise flower bright buttons , a ladybird ribbon which is out of print just now but there is a lot of sort in animal kingdom

If you read french! or just use translation you could follow this story here on my blog.

Polka Dot Ribbon Inspiration ...........

Hi everyone, it's Lynsey here to share some ribbon inspiration with you today.  I love adding bows to my cards but rather than tie my ribbon into a bow I sew a couple of little stitches into the centre which makes my ribbon sit much flatter onto my card and then I hide the stitching by putting a flower in the centre.

The beautiful ribbon I have used on my card is Swiss Dot - Beauty and White.

Thanks for stopping by.
