Good morning everyone, hope you are well! I am here with a project to banish the misery of winter weather and remind you that spring is round the corner! I used Tawny Orange Jam Pot ribbons which I cut into short lengths and tied around the polystyrene wreath. I used clear nail varnish to seal the ends to prevent fraying. Hope you like it!

Good Morning Everyone!
For this card I used a die cut by Sweet Dixie and a combination of stamped and hand brush lettering for the wording. I am learning the wonderful technique of brush lettering using some fab Lou Collins products.
My blog post can be found here.
Thanks for looking,

Happy Sunday everyone, Ali here today.
I had some watercolour paints given to me for Christmas. I am not a painter! The last time I painted would have been in art class at school (a few years ago).
It felt rather alien to me, but I had a play...…..
There must be a way I could use the paints and ribbon together.
I painted the sunrise for my silk ribbon embroidery, I am rather pleased with it.
The poppies are 4mm silk ribbon and can be found here
Have a great day.

Morning guys !!
I love the shabby chic/vintage look and have made this pretty Birthday card using some of the fabulous lace and vintage rose sheer organza ribbon.
Its fun to have loads of paper layers and textures on your cards. Using ribbons make your card that bit extra special !!

Hi, Margreet here.
I have made 2 cards for Catch The Bug, as they are celebrating their 9th anniversary.
I will show my cards here because I thought it was fun to use some Crafty Ribbons buttons on it.
I wish you a happy Sunday!

First I chose papers to match the ribbon and created a mixed media background using the featured colours.
I layered papers behind my snowy scene photo to match in with the feature ribbon and paper. A touch of gold vellum worked well to match the title and embellishments.
Some Ric rac ribbon in the three focal colours added some extra texture and covered the join between the background and patterned paper.
As always I finshed the layout with a splash of ink. this time using gold Color Shine to tie it altogether.
You can watch the process here on my YouTube Channel.
Thanks for joining me and have a Happy Crafty Day :)

So I wanted to make a cool card with
this snowman using the new year ribbon
(from 2016) but showing only the plain
side, but this happened as I put the glue
on the wrong side of the bow:
There's still some of that gorgeous blue
ribbon left; you can find it in the store HERE.
