We would like to thank all our ribbon followers over the years, we have had a wonderful journay sharing our creations with you all.

However we have made the tough decision to stop posting on here and to concentrate our collection of creations on our Facebook page.

We are keeping the blog open so you can flick through past projects, but this is our last post.

Blue Polka Dot Poppy Field Hair Clip

Good morning everyone, hope you are well! I am here with a hair clip using Crafty Ribbons Poppy field ribbon and blue polka dot bias binding, with an addition of a star button for the centre.

Ribbon and button

Have a pretty paper you want to show on the card?

Don't cut it too much, just place it on a doble folded

pice of cardstock in a size you need and att a button 

and a ribbon. Or only a ribbon with a bow. Like this: 

I have used a vey useful ribbon, another of my favourites;

3mm grosgrain ribbon. Choose your favourite colour HERE.
And find your favourite buttons HERE. There are 
plenty to choose from there!

Let the dreams come true

Margreet here, with a card to share today for Crafty Ribbons.

I have made a shaker Christmas card for a little girl of 5 years old, who adores pink unicorns. 

I stuck the piece which I wanted to use from the pretty ribbon Christmas Unicorn - Advent Pockets on double sided tape of 10 cm width and then fussy cut it.

I attached the words from the ribbon Christmas Unicorn - 9mm Unicorn words.

At the left side I attached the beautiful Christmas Unicorn - 15 mm Unicorn ribbon.

This will be my last post for Crafty Ribbons for 2019.

So, I will wish you a a very Happy New Year!

Harry Potter themed card using Cartoon Crazy Ribbon

Good Morning!

Today I am sharing a fun Harry Potter themed card I made for Crafty Ribbons. This ribbon is part of the cartoon crazy section.

I used paper, an embossing folder and dies from my stash to make this card. A few gold sequins helped to finish this card.

Found some fab Tom and Jerry decoupage which goes with our cartoon crazy Tom and Jerry ribbon. Brings back so many fab childhood memories for me, love cartoons !!

Gift Bags

Hi Everyone

I bought  a load of plain brown paper carrier bags to use as gifts bags again this year.

I have used some of the Grosgrain ribbon along the top.

Recycled some of last years Christmas cards for the front and then stamped front and back with various Christmas stamps.

These three used some pieces of Advent Ribbon stuck on with material washi tape.

This is my way of recycling and not using non-recyclable wrapping paper.

Let it snow

Hi, Margreet here.

I have made a wintercard with the lovely new digi 'Snowman and birds' from Gerda Steiner Designs.

I started with embossing of the base card.

Then I printed the digi, colored it with copics and die cut with a square stiched die from Crealies.

I added some lovely, tiny trees (dies from Joy!crafts) and glued all on the base card.

For the final touch I adhered 'Let it snow' ribbon from Crafty Ribbons on cardstock and attached it with double sided tape.

Hope you like my card with the cute digi and great ribbon.

Today is Cookie Day.
So I made a centre step card with all kinds of gingerbread men.
I used the fab ribbon Gingerbread Men at the bottom of the card and cut out some of the gingerbread men to put behind the windows.

Winter wishes

I send you all my warmest winter wishes to you all. What best that a robin as messenger for it! I have heard of very powerful messages by it from Scotland.

It stayed a long time after my son made his demand and my very good friend thought it was his father in law who came to approuve it. I never saw him crying as he did when I told him this story. As a french girl, I didn't know about this embodiment. Now, I look for signs.

So I made this card for my children who married in september as a symbol of a long life walking along together.

The new robin collection ribbon was perfect for this special card.

Have you some stories about robin? I am ready to hear you.

Happy Tuesday to you all, Wow these weeks are flying by I am really being kept busy with Christmas this year, almost into December , most of my pressie buying is done (not wrapped though) . Our tree will go up on the 1st , some say that's early but its my tree and my choice so bah humbug!! Our Granddaughters Elf arrives on the 1st so there will be lots of excitment in the house.

Time to stop waffling and share with you a little card I made
