Harry Potter themed card using Cartoon Crazy Ribbon

Good Morning!

Today I am sharing a fun Harry Potter themed card I made for Crafty Ribbons. This ribbon is part of the cartoon crazy section.

I used paper, an embossing folder and dies from my stash to make this card. A few gold sequins helped to finish this card.

This is a hanging pumpkin plaque to welcome the Trick or Treaters.

Unicorn Ribbon Bow Holder using 25mm Grosgrain Ribbon

Good Morning Everyone! 

Today I am sharing a Bow Holder I have made for my Daughter. I was very pleased to be able to match the 25mm Grosgrain Ribbons to the colours of the paint my Daughter wanted. I used the Lilac and Shocking Pink ribbons from Crafty Ribbons! 

I had so much fun painting this and adding gold glitter to make it sparkle. My Daughter is so happy with this and an added bonus is we keep the bows and bobbles tidy!

Spiderman Style Birthday Card

Good Morning Everyone! 

Today I am sharing some brand new character ribbon - Spiderman ribbon! 

This ribbon is so new it's not on the website yet but will be on display at The Creative Craft Show in Exeter on the 26 Sep–29 Sep.

For my card I used a spider web embossing folder for the background and die cut some wording in colours to match the ribbon.

Gingerbread Christmas Decorations using Grosgrain Swiss Dot Ribbon

Good Morning Everyone! 

Today I am sharing some Gingerbread decorations I have painted and finished off with some Swiss Dot Grosgrain Ribbon in Pearl Pink/White, Light Blue/White and Beauty/White from Crafty Ribbons! 

These little Gingerbread Decorations are so cute and my daughter chose these two for her and the baby.

Rainbow Ribbon Shaker for Babies using Seam Binding Ribbon

Good Morning Everyone!

Today I am sharing a quick and fun ribbon make for babies! 

I got the idea for this rainbow ribbon shaker at one of the baby groups I go to with my son. He really loved watching the movement of the ribbon shaker so thought I would make my own using an old bangle and an assortment of the colourful Seam Binding Ribbon from  Crafty Ribbons.

* just keep in mind that it's prob best not to use as a chew toy as babies can choke on the ribbon *

My Son thinks this is brilliant!

This was simply made looping the ribbon onto a bangle, trimming and sealing the ends. The bright rainbow colours are perfect to attract the little ones attention!

Frozen Themed Scrapbook Page using Frozen Sisters Ribbon

Good Morning Everyone! 

 Today I am sharing a scrapbook page I have made using the Frozen Ribbon - Sisters from Crafty Ribbons - as my Daughter is dressed as Anna from Frozen. The layout is based on elements from the photos.

For this card I used a butterfly stamp by Stampin' Up with Distress Oxides and the rainbow die cut is by Lawn Fawn. The background paper is official Frozen paper for scrapbooking.

I used a Lou Collins brush nib pen for my title name - done in free hand brush lettering and stamped the rest of the lettering for a contrast.

I added journaling notes to the second butterfly.

Thank you Teacher Card using Colour Your Days Maths Ribbon

Good Morning Everyone! 

Today I am sharing a fun Design Team card I made using the Colour your Days Collection Ribbon which is all about Maths for Crafty Ribbons! This ribbon is perfect for making a thank you card for the Maths Teacher.

For this card I used the stamps A* Teacher by For the Love of Stamps by Hunkydory and my Promarker Pens to colour the stamped images to match the ribbon.

I made a bow with the ribbon and added a large gem to the centre to finish.

Princess Scrapbook Layout for the Fiskarettes UK Collaboration

Good Morning! 

Today I am sharing my Frozen themed Princess scrapbook page for the Crafty Ribbons and Fiskarettes UK collaboration.

I have used the Fiskars Non Stick Micro Tip Scissors to fussy cut the embellishments and the Fiskars Heart Hand Punch to add tiny magical hearts to my daughter's photo, she loves dressing up and this is her Anna costume! 

I've had these papers a while in my stash and knew they would compliment the Pink Sisters Frozen Ribbon beautifully! A selection of fun new ribbons can be found in the Cartoon Crazy Category :)

I added a heart button from the Basics 2 Go - Pastel Heart pack to finish the layout.

Flower Die Cut Mother's Day Card using Seam Binding Ribbon

Good Morning Everyone! 

Today I am sharing a colourful Design Team card for Crafty Ribbons. I made this card for Mother's Day using a simple piece of Seam Binding Ribbon and a bunch of die cut flowers from paper scraps.

As I was cutting the fllowers out my 4 year old said they looked like a rainbow and this inspired the arrangement! These are cut from various dies by Tim Holtz, Sweet Dixie, Tattered Lace and Fiskars Punches!

I added some pearls and gems to the centres to finish.

Valentine's Day Card made using the Crochet Edge Red/White Spot Ribbon

Good Morning Everyone! 

Today I am sharing a simple Design Team card I made using the super cute Crochet Edge RedWhite Spot Ribbon as the perfect finishing touch to my Valentine's Day Card. The Ribbon comes in many fab colours! 

For this card I used a die cut by Sweet Dixie and a combination of stamped and hand brush lettering for the wording. I am learning the wonderful technique of brush lettering using some fab Lou Collins products.

Christmas Card with Silnet Night Ribbons

Good Morning Everyone! 

Today I am sharing one of my Design Team Christmas Card makes using the beautiful 25mm Silent Night and 9mm Silent Night Ribbon with some dies and shiney card for Crafty Ribbons. My blog post can be found here. 

The dies are by Robert Addams and are the Angels and Village Scene with Template. I tried to make the village in a similar style as the ribbon by using watercolours to colour in the die cut pieces. The background is some shiney cardstock I had in my stash which I thought would work well.
