Brrr! Brrr! | Scrapbook Layout

Sarah here today with a layout using the new Silent Night ribbons. 

First I chose papers to match the ribbon and created a mixed media background using the featured colours.

I layered papers behind my snowy scene photo to match in with the feature ribbon and paper. A touch of gold vellum worked well to match the title and embellishments.

Some Ric rac ribbon in the three focal colours added some extra texture and covered the join between the background and patterned paper.

As always I finshed the layout with a splash of ink. this time using gold Color Shine to tie it altogether.

Christmas Card with Silnet Night Ribbons

Good Morning Everyone! 

Today I am sharing one of my Design Team Christmas Card makes using the beautiful 25mm Silent Night and 9mm Silent Night Ribbon with some dies and shiney card for Crafty Ribbons. My blog post can be found here. 

The dies are by Robert Addams and are the Angels and Village Scene with Template. I tried to make the village in a similar style as the ribbon by using watercolours to colour in the die cut pieces. The background is some shiney cardstock I had in my stash which I thought would work well.
