Cut a Slice Card using Bake Ribbons

Good Morning Everyone! 

Today I am sharing a Design Team card for Crafty Ribbons I made with ribbons from the Bake Ribbons Collection. I used: Cake Slice Large, Cake Slice Small and Cut a Slice Cinnamon.

On the Design Team facebook group we have been chatting about a new die set by John Next Door which is for ribbon threading. It sounded fab and so I decided to treat myself to the dies. It took some working out in my head how I wanted to use them and which ribbons would work but I'm so happy with them!

It was very easy to thread the ribbon once I die cut and I love how I've made my card all about the beautiful ribbon!

To finish my card I added a bow and some gems and pearls to act like sprinkles on top of the cakes!!!

I am here today to share my DT Project for Crafty Ribbons

My image is the lovely Winnie from Winnie Special Moments coloured with Graph'It markers
The Papers are from a Polkadoodles collection which I am still trying to find  what a perfect match to the ribbons!!
I have used the lovely Gerbera ribbons that come in lots of different colours there so pretty
Finishing off with satin Ribbon that comes in either single colours or a wonderful bag full, you can guess which I use!!

Poppy Field Hoop

Hello to all our ribbon friends.

Ali here today to share with you one of our new kits.

I love playing with ribbon, creating different textures, seeing what ribbon will do!

These little poppies are made from sheer ribbon.

I combined them with our exclusive poppy ribbon and French linen fabric to give that vintage feel. 

Framing them in a wooden hoop finished the kit.

Organza Finishing Touch

Hi there, Laura here today to share a card using organza ribbon available from Crafty Ribbons.  I love that there are so many colours to choose from - always one to match your project!

I watercoloured a stamp from Concord and 9th with my Daniel Smith watercolours.

Once that was dry I trimmed it and wrapped my ribbon around three times.  I backed it with foam to give dimension to the card (the foam also helps keep the ribbon in place) and glued it to my card base.  I then tied a little bow on the ribbon on the front of the card.

Easter Egg Fun !!

Happy Easter to everyone and hope you are having loads of fun !!

I've had some Easter fun in making this scrapbook page ..

The local schools in my town have decorated the trees with handmade eggs which look to pretty. My scrapbook egg is covered with "Patchwork Rose" - "Animal Silhouette Rabbits" - "Easter Chicks" - "Easter Happy Easter"  ribbons

 

I've added a few small photos on the egg and have a hidden pull out with a few more !!
