Who Killed Roger Rabbit ??

OK it was me and he tasted soooooooooooooooooooo good !!

Hiya guys !!

Today is National Scrapbooking Day and the team have been putting up over on our FB page loads of lovely inspiration for you, so please hop over if you can !!

If you haven't noticed I'm all about colour and fun and this is a bright fun layout about my Easter gift from my brother.  My mum used to make a big thing about Easter and it was a day filled with happyness fro me and my brother and I still buy each other an Easter egg.

I love the sheer puff dots ribbon and it makes fab flowers when gathered up !!

Also added a strip to my backround.

National Scrapbook Day 12" x 12" Page using Ice Cream Ribbon

Good Afternoon!

Today is National Scrapbooking Day and to celebrate Crafty Ribbons is having a day of Facebook posts where the Design Team are using ribbon to make scrapbook themed projects.

I am sharing a 12" x 12" page I made using some photos from my Italian holiday. My daughter wanted "ice cream" everyday - so we had a lot of Gelato.

For this layout I have used the Ice Cream Ribbon from the summer festival collection. This is a fairly simple layout where I have used colour picked out from the photos. The Gelato was called Puffo which is "Smurf" flavour (I guess due to the colour)!!!

You can see my original blog post here.

Thanks for looking,

Lovely Lavander Card

Lovely Lavander Card

DT Louise here with my 2nd project. Today I have something to bring you that is a bit outside my comfort zone. I am not one for measuring and being exact so cards are not my normal makes, but I have a lovely little card for you.

There are 3 types of ribbon/lace on the card next to the foiled strip of card:

I think this would make a lovely mother's day or female birthday card. I actually really enjoyed making this and am pleased with the result. Hope you enjoy it and I look forward to my next project,

Paw Prints

Hi Everyone
Wendy L (Spanish Crafter) here with today Inspiration.

I made a little canvas bag using the Grosgrain Paw Print ribbon.
I use the little bag to hold my dogs poop bags (before they are used, of course )
I attach it to his lead when we go for walks, saves having them stuffed in my pockets, especially as it is getting hotter here, so not wearing a jacket.

I also made a Thank you card to give to the Rescue Centre where we got our dog from.

There is a massive selection of Grosgrain ribbon for every occasion.
Pop over to the website to take a peak.

Scraps

Good Morning
A quick post from me as we are away today for afew days.

I am in a swap group and my last one was to decorate Paper clips.
An ideal way to use small pieces of ribbon and I had these with script on, just perfect.

When you miss gift wrap...

When you miss gift wrap...
and you just have brown paper, you could add ribbons and your present is more fun!

Good for books, boxes...
I weaved different sizes and matched ribbons for it.

I used  poppies ribbon, mini heart ribbons and swiss dots ribbons. A big bow is good too!
